"Client" refers to any person or entity that engages my design services

"Content" refers to all materials displayed on or through the Service
"Project" refers to any design work undertaken for a Client

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or inhibit their use of the website.

Use the website in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

4. Design Services
4.1 Service Agreement
All design services are subject to a separate project agreement
Work begins only after receipt of signed agreement and specified deposit
Project timelines begin upon receipt of all required materials and information
4.2 Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide necessary materials and information in a timely manner
Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
Ensure they have rights to use any materials provided
Make payments according to the agreed schedule
4.3 Project Changes
Changes to project scope must be agreed in writing
Additional fees may apply for scope changes
Timeline adjustments may be necessary for changes
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Website Content
All website content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights
Content may not be used without express permission
5.2 Client Projects
Rights to final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment
I retain the right to include completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed
Preliminary designs remain my property
Custom fonts, stock images, or other licensed materials may require separate licenses
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Project Fees
Fees are as specified in project proposals
Additional services will be quoted separately
Rush fees may apply for expedited work
6.2 Payment Schedule
Deposit required before work begins
Milestone payments as specified in project agreement
Final payment due before release of final files
Late payments may incur additional fees
7. Communication
7.1 Response Times
Business hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Standard response time: 2 business days
Emergency contact available for active clients only
7.2 Project Communications
All project-related communications should be in writing
Changes to project specifications must be confirmed in writing
Regular progress updates will be provided as specified in the project agreement
8. Cancellation and Termination
8.1 Project Cancellation
Cancellation fees apply as specified in project agreement
Deposit is non-refundable
Work completed up to cancellation must be paid for
8.2 Service Termination
I reserve the right to:
Decline any project
Terminate a project if client obligations are not met
Suspend service in case of non-payment
9. Warranties and Liability
9.1 Service Warranty
Services provided with reasonable skill and care
No guarantee of specific outcomes or results
No warranty for third-party materials or services
9.2 Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to:
The amount paid for services
Direct damages only
Terms specified in individual project agreements
10. Confidentiality
10.1 Client Information
Client information kept confidential
Project details not shared without permission
Non-disclosure agreements available upon request
10.2 Portfolio Rights
Right to display completed work retained unless explicitly excluded
Client identity may be disclosed unless confidentiality requested
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Health emergencies
Technical failures
Other unforeseen events
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
13. Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
